Profesionalen in vsestranski pripomoček
Maceracija je zelo občutljiv in pomemben proces vinifikacije. Od vinarja zahteva veliko znanja, nenehen nadzor dogajanja in veliko občutka. Le če maceracija poteka pravilno, lahko pričakujete vino z ustreznim karakterjem - barvo, cvetico in okusom. Ključnega pomena je, da postopek vsakokrat prilagodite sorti, lastnostim in kakovosti grozdja ter tipu vina, ki ga želite pridobiti.
Vinarjem, ki tega pomembnega procesa ne želijo prepustiti naključju, ponujamo sodoben tehnično-enološki pripomoček – vinifikator. Vinifikator vinarju zelo olajša delo, prihrani veliko fizičnega dela in dragocenega časa, omogoča pa tudi hkratno predelavo večjih količin grozdja. Programske nastavitve noč in dan bdijo nad dogajanjem, zato stalna prisotnost vinarja ni potrebna.
Na voljo so različni modeli prelivnih in potopnih vinifikatorjev, lahko pa se odločite za model s kombinacijo obeh sistemov maceracije.
